EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and/or returns must be requested by email (contato@paolaorleans.com) within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by the following information: NAME* EMAIL* CPF* TELEPHONE NUMBER* ZIP CODE* ORDER NUMBER* PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED* DO YOU WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?*
- REASON -
Before accepting the order, check that the product is in perfect condition. Do not accept it if the packaging has been tampered with or the product is damaged. Exchanges or returns will only be made if: - The product has not been used or altered in any way. - The product is returned complete. - If the product is returned in its original packaging.
- REIMBURSEMENT -
- The refund will be made for the same value as the returned product.
- GUARANTEE -
All parts have a one (1) year warranty for repairs and adjustments. Please contact us so we can evaluate the condition of the part. The time frame for this service can vary between 45 and 60 days. contato@paolaorleans.com

Metal: 1 year warranty for plating, adjustments and maintenance of 18k gold-plated silver and 18k gold-plated brass parts.
Stones: A cost will be charged for repairs or if there is a need to replace cut stones, cabochons and semi-precious stones.
