2. Our pieces Our jewellery is handmade in small series, combining porcelain, natural stones, resin, and metals. Because each piece is made by hand from natural materials, small variations in colour, form, and texture are inherent to the process — they are characteristics, not defects.

3. Prices and payment All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

4. Availability Listed pieces are available while stock lasts. Sold-out pieces cannot be ordered; they return to the store when restocked.

5. Returns and guarantee Governed by our Refund policy, available in the site footer. This includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year legal guarantee.

6. Intellectual property All content on this website — designs, photographs, texts, and the brand — belongs to Paola Orleans and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law. Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
