Where we ship We ship to all countries in the European Union from our atelier in Lisbon, Portugal.

Delivery times and cost Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address. You will see the exact price and estimated delivery time before completing your purchase.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs and duties Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import charges.

Availability Every piece listed is made by hand in a small series. If a piece is sold out, it is not available to order — we do not currently take made-to-order commissions for the European market. Pieces are restocked as they are made.

Orders to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland are shipped outside the EU customs area. These may be subject to import duties and VAT payable on delivery, charged by the carrier or local customs authority. These charges are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
